The platform replaces traditional manual submission methods with a secure digital repository that allows students to submit projects, monitor submission progress, and access previous uploads.

The system incorporates an intelligent plagiarism detection engine that analyzes uploaded documents using TF-IDF vectorization and Cosine Similarity to identify potential duplicate content. Separate portals for students and administrators simplify project submission, review, approval, and repository management, while cloud-based document storage ensures secure and scalable file handling.
